I live in a tropical climate & therefore the weather is killing my skin. its humid yet scorching and i feel icky putting on moisturizers. but anyway, is it possible to use a "normal" range of products but natural skin lighteners such as cucumber before toner? because i dont suffer from pigmentation or freckles or anything like that. but, my skin is HYPERsensitive to the sun. and i think my skin is stil at the stage of peeling .. haha, so any tips to help my skin look white yet doesnt harm the skin espc hypersensitive, irritated, peeling skin..

Hello Chan, since you're not suffering from any skin pigmentation, you don't need to use any skin lighteners. Your skin is peeling because of dryness and will need moisturizers to nourish it. You can choose a non-greasy moisturizer which I believe is always available over the counter. For your hypersensitive skin, choose a high SPF sunscreen (50 or better) to protect skin from further darkening or sun damage everytime you go outdoors.
Hope this helps. :-)
