Skin Whitening Treatment for Skin Freckles

Hello. I just began using Retin-a micro and Minocycline (which makes you sensitive to the sun). How safe is it to use any of these products? I have an olive skin tone, so when I break out, I have post acne marks (even when I dont pick at the pimple).
Thanks.

Answer:

Hi Alex, If you just began your retin-A regimen and is working for you, you can continue with it for the meantime. It has an exfoliating/peeling effect like the skin lighteners to remove the unwanted dull or dark skin layer to resurface a new skin tone. Although this does not specifically lighten the skin, it helps in skin regeneration.

Use of the skin lighteners should not be mixed with any other exfoliating products to avoid irritation. If you choose to use skin lighteners, you must set aside Retin-A and Minocyline for best results.

The link above provides the solution for lightening post-acne marks.

Hope this helps. :-)
