PROJECT: Senior Caring Community

To my Fellow Filipino or Friends of the Filipino... Greetings from Manila!

Believe it or not, Scholarly Studies show that Senior Citizens have been growing in number - and have been underserved. This is true in the USA and elsewhere - including the Philippines.

Unfortunately, many Seniors are not properly cared for - by their kinfolks nor by their respective Governments.

To provide Senior Citizens (Filipino & Foreigner) residing in Metropolitan Manila with a "Caring Community", I propose to put up a Cooperative-owned and managed "Home-for-the-Elderly" in Marikina City, Metro Manila.

The Concept & Economics of my envisioned "Home-for-the-Elderly" is discussed in my website.

In pursuit of this project, I would want to visit the USA on a "Study Grant" or on a "ManagementTraining- ContractWork" basis.

Would an American Humanitarian Foundation (with Seniors as its Target Beneficiaries) or an American BusinessCompany (with its own network of SeniorCommunity Homes) be willing to sponsor my visit to the USA?
