Hi Jose, of course you didn't bug me. It's my job to help and I love it. :-)

The instructions on how to use the products come with your order when you receive it. In a nutshell, it can sum up to this -

Use Papaya Soap as daily facial and body wash (the Black soap is recommended for the face because it has the gentler microdermabrasion formula). For your first week, leave on skin for 1-2 minutes only especially for the face, neck, underarms and inner thighs because these are thin and sensitive skin parts. Increase leave on time for the second week. Once you notice some skin peeling and feel an uncomfortable sting on skin when you use the soap/lotion/cream, lessen the frequency of usage. In your case, use the soap as a fast daily wash to avoid too much leave on time. Remember, next to the whitening cream, the papaya soap is a potent skin lightener. So practice extra care when you'll use it for your face. If you're using it daily and are experiencing excessive peeling, you are probably overusing it. Reduce usage of all products to 2-3x per week, but apply moisturizers daily (15 minutes after skin whitening cream or lotion) at night and (important!) high spf (30 or better) sunscreen at daytime.
