Black Licorice Lightening Soap

Hello Im a 21 year old man with dark skin. I have gotten over my acne but now i have acne scars. These scars are very annoying. I was wondering would the black soap or Papaya soap work on this. ANd how long do you think results will be noticable. Thank you in advance and i love the site ?
