Before migrating to America, I’ve been into a lot of struggles to pursue my dreams and ambitions…to earn a degree and own a business. It’s my vision and mission to give a good future for my family and help others as well. Because of my hard but smart work, I was able to achieve all these back home in the Philippines.
When me, my wife and son finally came to this land of promise America by virtue of Special Immigrant Status granted by the U.S. Government, we didn’t know how and where to start. It’s all brand new start for us all over, from scratch. We’re then struggling new migrants and did state hopping, from Chicago to San Francisco to San Diego to Arizona, ended up both working 2 jobs wherever we go.
It’s a case of survival.
We decided to move to Arizona just by ourselves with no relatives and knowing no one but with high hopes of achieving our dreams and have a better life. I didn’t stop looking for an opportunity to fulfill our ultimate dream of having our own business. Starting to own business takes a lot of hurdle. Hindrances like capital, knowledge and many other reasons were factors we had to dealt with.
Until I came across into this mortgage company called National Lending Corporation (NLC).
NLC is an answered prayer for us. It opened an opportunity for us to own a business. With our $200.00 each capital as lifetime membership fee, we were able to enter and learn the mortgage business industry and not only this, NLC has other great incoming products where we can earn more income.
Worth mentioning are the NAT Alarm, Financial Services which is the debit and credit card, soon to have car/home/health and life insurance – all these within one company that is now NLC INTERNATIONAL doing businesses at Puerto Rico, Canada, Guam and soon to invade, the Philippines.
Where else can you find a company where you can earn while learning the business at the same time?
We need to have the patience, perseverance, persistence and positive attitude in order for us to grow, succeed and achieve our goal. I have the passion and burning desire to continue grow with this business.
Now, I’m proud to be with NLC, together with my wife Lily, we’re the CEO of our own business that NLC gave us and anyone can be the CEO of your own business with NLC just like us.

- We now have the financial freedom
- We now have quality time for my family
- We now can go and travel anywhere anytime we want to
- We’re able to help and train other people
- And still have checks waiting for us in the office when we come back!
Be a good true leader in your own right. Coupled with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness, these factors will count a lot in the success of your NLC business.
Never stop, don’t quit because quitters never win. Pursue your dream and the possibilities will come. This is only the beginning of more fruitful business years.
