Dark complexion problem

Hello. I have two questions. 1) For those with darker complexions, whom have more melanin in their skin, does this product weaken or alter the melanin in any way? 2) Does the product contain any harmful bleaching ingredients, such as Hydroquinone? 1) Our skin lighteners inhibit the production of the skin's melanin content, thus making it lighter.

2) These skin lightening products don't contain any harmful ingredients such as hydroquinone, mercury or steroids, but are formulated from natural plant-based extracts which are safe to use even for a long time.
