After all, beautiful soft, white skin is your goal here. So take time and read them. I did. ;-)

Use as you would use regular soaps, face creams & lotions. Leave the soap foam for 1-10 minutes (depending on skin sensitivity and comfort level on stinging sensation).
If skin is very sensitive, apply no more than 3X per week, especially the whitening face cream. Do this until you can be certain that your skin can handle more frequent applications (up to twice a day for the soaps & lotion, up to once a day for the cream).
Applying an additional layer of your favorite moisturizing lotion afterwards is optional but recommended if your environment has low humidity (which means most of us who have airconditioners and heaters). Remember, this was originally intended for Philippine weather conditions, which is hot & humid all year round, so it's best to complement this with your favorite moisturizer. Avoid using strong exfoliating moisturizers like those with high concentrations of retinol, alphahydroxy or salicylic acid.
Thicker parts of the skin like the elbows, knees and ankles may require heavier & more frequent application. Thinner and more sensitive parts of the skin like under the eyes, around the corners of the lips, underarms and the groin area may be too sensitive, so exercise caution when applying on these areas.

After a few applications, your skin might peel and will seemingly get darker and ashier due to dead skin cells being resurfaced. This is normal. You will begin to see results after 3 applications, some of you will see results in about 5-10 treatments.
After opening, the lotion's color might gradually darken or turn yellowish due to exposure to oxygen. This does not affect its effectiveness in any way, and actually proves that the jar is fresh and has never been opened before. Close lid tightly after each use to minimize oxygenation.
Shelf life of the whitening lotion and face cream is 2-3 years after opening, or 3-4 years after manufacture date. All products are freshly made - usually on the same month of purchase since we only order 1-2 months supply at a time straight from the manufacturer.
Store product in a cool, dry place, away from the sun, extreme temperatures & humidity.
