Best Skin Lightening and Whitening Product FAQs
The following best skin lightening and whitening product FAQs (frequently asked questions) are actual recorded inquiries of people from different parts of the world. Check what we think is the best skin lightening whitening product. Responses were provided by my business associate. Read them to enlighten similar apprehensions.
Q - Can you tell me if there is mercury listed as an ingredient in any of the soaps or lotion ? There was some info I read that in N.Y they found that the fade lotion from dermaline had mercury in it... A - These Stalder products contain no mercury or steroids, according to the manufacturer. The skin lightening products (a different brand) you heard about are imported from Hong Kong, Dominican Republic & China. Our products are from the Philippines - the owner is member of the BABTAC which prides itself of maintaining high hygienic & safety standards. Here's the link to the article I read about what you're probably talking about: http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/html/pr/pr008-05.shtml You can see that the questionable products are totally different from ours.
Q - It seems as though you were the only one at the time to offer skin whitening soap. Now their all doing it online! Maybe you can give some input on the other brands in your listing if you know anything about these products so your customer will still keep coming to you instead of trying something different? A - Hi, we'll try & enumerate the numerous benefits: 1. EFFICACY - As you've experienced personally, the products are superior to most, if not to all other brands in the market since this isn't your typical drugstore brand. Stalder products are way more potent. We’re blessed to have discovered the supplier to 85% (according to the manufacturer) of the dermatologists in the Philippines. Not a lot of people have access to this manufacturer & it's a win-win situation for us & customers like you. 2. LOW PRICE ON PROFESSIONAL QUALITY PRODUCTS - Since we buy straight from the manufacturer & don't have the overhead cost of those dermatologists' offices, we’re able to offer this at a very competitive price, most of the time even cheaper than a lot of those drugstore soaps that are not even a fraction as effective, considering the premium ingredients. If we have a dime every time we hear a customer say “I've tried other brands on the market, but I've decided to come back because they weren't even a fourth as effective”, we'd be rich by now. 3. WE'VE DONE THE SEARCH FOR YOU (SAVING YOU TIME & MONEY) - everyone who suffers from melasma, chloasma, freckles, age spots & other forms of hyperpigmentation. Some of us have become a product junkie, trying everything we could get our hands on (maxing out credit card sometimes) whether it's drugstore/department store brands here in the US or abroad. We’ve also been to dermatologists offices - their products did work but only because they were the same products we’re now selling (same jar, packaging, smell, color, consistency - only a different label - proof that they get it from my source) 4. NATURAL INGREDIENTS - you know firsthand how much cancer can be pervasive & ubiquitous. Members of our families have died from cancer within the last 2 years. For us, health isn't something one should gamble on... Q - Does the soap and cream bleach the skin durable and deeply or will the skin get darker when i stop to use the cream or soap??? A - As with all other skin bleaching products (and similarly, tanning products too), you need to maintain its whitening effect by applying regularly. Skin cells are continuously changing, and we are constantly shedding dead skin cells, which means that even though you lightened the skin layer that you have right now, in a couple of weeks (we believe it's every 45 days, if not mistaken), you'd have another layer, which would have your natural melanin - the substance that gives the skin its color. This is the same reason that self tanners are also temporary.
Q - Hi, I've already bought this cream and a bleaching soap. A few questions: 1. Is there any hydroquinone in the cream or soap?? 2. Are there any side effects, when I use the soap or cream?? Can the cream or soap destroy my skin?? 3. How often must I use the soap or cream to get a brighter skin( I'm naturaly black skinned male)? 4. Can I use the two products together? 5.Can I use the cream and soap without any consider?(that means can I use the cream and soap without to be worried about my skin). A - No, there's no hydroquinone in our Stalder products which is good because that is banned in Europe for its carcinogenic property. In relation to that, all the ingredients are natural, and the only side effects would be that it will exfoliate, even out & lighten your skin tone. Because of the exfoliation, your skin will be more sensitive to the sun, hence the need for broad-spectrum sunblock. Also, check if you have any allergies in the ingredients. The active ingredient of the soap is licorice, & all the ingredients of the cream & lotion are listed in the description. The cream will resurface your skin, just like professional glycolic peels (the strength of which you can control, depending on the frequency of your application), the cream & lotion will resurface your skin & not destroy it (but not the soap-the soap is to brighten the skin only, not to exfoliate it). You may use all 3 products at the same time, but be careful not to apply more than a pea sized amount of the cream on the face (thicker skin like the elbows/ankles/knees tolerate its strength more, naturally). You may use the soap up to twice daily, the cream & lotion 2-5X per week (start with 2-3 in the beginning). Q - (First i want to say that I’m not englisch. I'm from Germany. So I hope you can understand my Englisch vocabulary und grammer!!!) ;-) I,m a black skinned male, but I want to get a brighter skin. Is this cream just for Treatment of Dark Skin, Freckles, & Age spots or can I use this cream also as a black skinned male to get a brighter skin?? Do you also have a soap for brighter skin?? A - Hi, your English is perfectly understandable. We do use this personally to brighten our skin when it looks too muddy (very common for colored people) - but we try not to overuse it or else skin looks too fair. The lightening soap & body lotion - they're all for all the purposes you mentioned and more:dark skin, age spots, freckles, dark acne spots, and melasma. If you want to get the maximum results, get all 3. Q - Hi. I'm a light skinned black female with dark acne scars. Do you know if I can use this successfully? A - All the feedback we've received from customers have been glowing remarks about it. It resurfaces the skin, & evens out the skin tone so it should be effective on dark acne scars. We would suggest the maximum application frequency in your case (it's up to how much you can tolerate, 3-5X a week pea-sized application). After the first peeling, you can also apply it locally (only on the dark scars) so that the lightening effect would be concentrated on those problem areas. Q - My elbows, fingertips and a few other areas somehow are really darker... do you think this product would be effective? A - Yes, it's actually best for those thick-skinned areas because it can be too strong sometimes, but the strength is perfect for ankles, elbows & knees.
Q - Hello, will you ship this item to Brazil -how much? A - Shipping outside USA is just $24.99 for all 3 items via Global Priority Mail. You should receive your products in a few days only. Q - Hi! I'm getting one of each of your bleaching items. Wouldn't it be too strong or harsh if I try to use these stuffs altogether. I have sensitive skin. A - If you have sensitive skin, we would not recommend the cream & lotion more than 2X a week. If I were you, I'd start at 1X a week, then gradually increase frequency every week if you know your skin is able to take its professional strength. The soap is gentle enough for everyday use especially since it's fragrance free. Q - So this stuff not only gets rid of acne scars and dark spots, but it will also lighten the surrounding skin too? Do I have to apply ONLY on dark spots or apply evenly over skin? A - The Stalder cream, if applied on whole face, will resurface and even out the whole area even with freckles, dark scars & overpigmentation. If it doesn't do the trick for you, then we suggest applying locally only to the areas that are considerably darker. Q - I'm very interested in buying the product. You state that it can be used on dark skin. I'm African-American and have very dark knees and elbows which I would like to lighten. Will this product really really work for my skin tone? A - Yes, we're positive that this would work best on dark elbows & knees. We think that this would benefit those specific areas the most since it's pretty strong for thinner skin (face), and it does exfoliate. We've used this on my elbows, knees & ankles & everyone seems to notice that our skin is more even. As stated in my other bleaching product listings, a good percentage of our repeat customers are African Americans, which tells us that this is indeed effective for all skin types & colors.
Q - How much cream is inside the container? A - It contains 10 grams. However, this is so concentrated, you only need a pea-sized amount 2-3 times a week, that 1 container lasts at least 3 months or more if you’ll use it less often, depending on your needs. Q - Hi there! My whitening cream (which works fabulously) is kind of turning a yellowish color, it is sealed tightly, and I keep it in a cool place out of the sun. Is this normal or should I worry about it's effectiveness now that it's sort of discolored? Also...I'm out of my black bar soap, if I bought 2 from you and some more cream, would you combine the shipping? A - Hello, great to hear from you again! The cream turns dark after being opened due to the kojic acid's reaction with oxygen (which is great in our opinion, so customers can see that the cream has been sealed & never been used prior to shipping). Continue storing it as you said. Yes, we combine shipping. Q - I have dark spots due to scars on my face. Will this lighten the tone back on my normal lighter brown skin? Is it gonna be a permanent fix or will the dark spots come back after I am done with the product. A - Hi, we suggest that you use the cream instead. It could take time before it totally evens out your skin tone if your scars are very dark, but once you achieve what you want, it should be permanent. I most cases, you have to apply it once a week to maintain the even skin tone. Q - Is this safe and effective to put on age spots on the face and hands? Thanks, Linda. A - Yes it is - unless you have an allergy on any of the ingredients of course. It has natural ingredients, unlike other bleaching products available here in the U.S. with hydroquinone (banned in Europe for its strong link to cancer) as the active ingredient. Q - I can see my skin getting lighter and softer!! I want to buy more products from you cause it looks like its actually working! :) I want to know, can I use the lotion on my face? A - The cream is the one specifically made for the face. If your skin isn't prone to acne or allergy, you could try it - FYI, there was once a Consumer Reports article that stated that most body lotions can actually be used on the face.
Q - hi, I have sensitive skin would I be ok to try this product? A - It really depends on how sensitive your skin is to the ingredients. The effect of this cream (in terms of peeling) is similar to professional glycolic peels or resurfacing treatments - if you've had those done in the past & you were ok, then I'd go ahead & try it - but no more than 2X per week at first (pea sized amount on the face), until you're sure that your skin can handle more frequent applications. Q - Hi, how long does it take to see results when using all three bleaching products? A - We saw results in 3 days, dramatic results after a week (other customers have told me the same thing), full results in 2 wks. We all used the soap 1-2X per day, the cream 3-5X a week. I don't recommend using the cream & lotion more than 3X a week if you don't want to peel excessively- but if you're in a hurry & you don't mind the peeling, it's up to you. When I stop using one of the products, I notice overpigmentation after a week- especially on my problem areas, which proves that all products really do complement each other. Q - Does this work? I have a lot of freckles and want to lighten them so please tell me does this really work? How long before results shows? A - We’re sure a lot of our very satisfied customers will completely agree that our Stalder products work, although we don’t guarantee the same results for everyone. Our customers who used Dermaline products claim they saw immediate results in a week, with most even after a few days. And in order to keep the resulting clear soft white skin, maintenance is strongly suggested, just as other skin products would tell you, right? No matter what their purpose would be. Q - Hi, I am a dark skinned black woman and I wanted to know if this cream would be effective on my skin? I have hyper-pigmentation on my ankles and elbows and I want to do something about this before Spring. Has anyone with my complexion ever seen results? A - Hi, a good percentage of our repeat customers are African-Americans & all those who wrote us said that it is indeed effective for their skin. If you want a stronger formula for your ankles (which tend to have thicker skin), we suggest buying the cream to complement this body lotion. Check out our soap too for all over whitening. Q - Hi there, how are you? I just wanna know how the bleaching lotion works. Do you still need the soap then apply the lotion afterwards, or just the soap without the lotion? And also do you use the lotion yourself, and how did you buy this bleaching lotion? Did it have a side effect on your skin? And how do I know if it’s a Dr. Belo product because right now I’m using a whitening cream for my face and I’ve been using this cream for about 2 months now and it really works well for me. I bought it from the Philippines also that’s why I’m asking these questions because I know that Dr. Belo is very well-known when it comes to famous celebrities patronizing her services. Anyways thank you for your time and have a nice day. A - We know this is most effective skin whitening / bleaching / lightening product Famed papaya whitening soaps that you buy from the Philippines like Likas or Silka are useless because my older brother used these soaps and nothing or so little, if at all, happened. What became white are his eyes waiting for the results! Of course, for faster and best results, use all products simultaneously. No side effects, because of all natural ingredients, unlike other bleaching products such as Extraderm, etc. that has hydroquinone - which is banned in Europe, FYI, because of strong links to cancer. So if the product you’re using has hydroquinone, better stop it! When a relative introduced Stalder products to us, we tested it personally and loved the results (we still do), and decided to share this great effective product. It’s very saleable, meaning it's indeed effective! We have a lot of repeat customers buying every week. Dr. Vicki Belo does her own private labeling, and re-package the products, according to the manufacturer. We deal straight with the manufacturer, which is why we can offer this cheaper than Vicki Belo’s retail price, even with added shipping costs. We use the black soap most frequently, because the lotion & cream are too strong for everyday use (worth every penny, right?). Q - Hi, how many ml/oz are in the bottle? I would also like to know if your bleaching stuff like soaps are in factory sealed once you mail them and what is the EXP date of your bleaching items?.- Thanks A - Hello, including the bottle, the lotion weighs 5.1 oz / 140g. The cream is sealed, the soap is wrapped in plastic, straight from the factory (our soap illustrations on this site had their plastic covers removed and are not resold). The lotion is in a sterilized container just like most lotion containers sold in retail but it's not sealed with plastic (believe me, they're sterile, or else I'd have rashes/acne - my family has a long list of allergies, and we choose the products we use very carefully). Our Stalder products arrive regularly due to fast sales and are fresh from the factory. We only ship from factory 1-2 months supply at a time to ensure a fresh batch of Dermaline products every time. Shelf life of Dermaline products are 2-3 years after date of manufature. Here in our shop, they’re stored in a temperature & humidity controlled environment. Q - Hi! I'm interested in this lotion, as well as the black soap bar. How much would it cost to ship both to Finland? Also, can you tell me what the soap bar ingredients are? A - Hello, the active ingredient is licorice, and it is fragrance free. The other product I offer, the Papaya whitening soap, has an added ingredient kojic acid for mild exfoliation. The list of inactive ingredients are not listed on the package, but can be found here. Ingredients are all-natural, which is why it's more expensive to make & also considered safer than almost all other bleaching products - especially those containing the carcinogenic hydroquinone.
Q - I am an African American woman with pretty fair colored skin. i have dark spots on the back of my legs will this work for me? A - We can't really promise anything but what we could say is it has helped a lot of other happy African American customers with dark skin problems. We all have the typical Filipino/Southeast Asian medium brown color (not dark, not fair). Results might be gradual to some, and very dramatic to others - it depends on the frequency of application & also your skin's chemistry. Q - I am interested in lightening my complexion. I`m light brown colored Asian-American. Since my parents are from India, i`m kind of dark. Will just the cream work? I want a lighter complexion on my face. What’s the advantage of the body lotion and what does the soap do? Since I`m a student, I don`t have a huge budget so if I just want to lighten my face, what should I buy? If I want to lighten my hands and arms too, what should I buy? Please suggest the best possible combination or single product. A - We tried using just one product at a time, and it's never as good as using all simultaneously. If your priority is your face, we suggest the cream & black soap - they're the 2 most effective products in our opinion. The soap can be used as a face or bath soap - leave it on for about 5 minutes to get the most out of your money - we always have a magazine next to the tub to pass the time when I do leave it on. The cream is specifically for the face, but it can also be used on thicker parts of the skin like elbows & knees. Of course, if you want to lighten your arms & hands, the best product would be the lotion - it's less viscous & more spreadable for larger areas of the skin. Q - Which is the strongest of your two bleaching soaps? A - The papaya is stronger when it comes to exfoliating, but in terms of bleaching, we think the black bar is more effective (although more Filipino customers think that the papaya is more effective - I guess because they can see their dead skin cells actually shedding more often.
