This townhouse is a great buy!
I personally did a visual of this place, and took the pictures myself. Although everything was taken from the outside, the owner specifically asked that we (with my wife and brother) didn't disturb the good tenant inside. Actually, there's an "Only Visitors and Guests Allowed" sign at the entrance gate. I guess I got lucky. :-)
I like the location. This Scottsdale home for sale is situated within walking distance from a major street, Indian School Road. As you can probably figure out from the pictures, four townhouses (2 in front, 2 at the back) form one structure, with same structures all nicely lined up along N 82nd Street. Parking is provided on the side of the homes, in a gated community.
I found the neighborhood safe and quiet, with close proximity to convenience stores and gas stations. Major highways are less than a mile away. We actually didn't go around much and check the surrounding area because as it is, the locality is fine and convenient. But Casino Arizona is around 5 miles from the townhouse so you can go ka-ching!
You can also relax and go for a swim in their exclusive community pool.
If you're looking for an investment, this is a good deal. At $160,000 selling price, market values here range from $190,000 and above. Besides, there's already a tenant renting the home, so you don't have to worry about looking for one. If you check the comps, a similar townhouse within the area was last sold for $244,000 a couple of months ago!
